The connection between childhood diaries and Substack really landed for me. Using film and writing as a way to proces emotions makes so much sense, especially when you felt unheard. The way you write yourself into episodes of Boy Meets World is such a beautful example of how we use stories to navigate our own expereinces. Your encouragement to share rambles and unpolished thoughts feels like an invitation to be more human online.
Thanks for letting us into your diary ;D Sometimes I feel like we're all shouting into the void on here but glad you're finding community out of all this writerly angst.

My whole Substack is rambling. Should probably have left all of them in the drafts, tbh.
